Compaq C140 with Windows CE v. 1. Can I make it work with Win XP?

I haven’t utilized this handheld Personal computer (C140) for a handful of decades, but want to now. Set up the H/Laptop Explorer computer software on my Win XP Personal computer for syncing the H/Pc and desktop Computer, but there appears to be a compatibility dilemma — Can’t get the H/Computer Explorer to run on the XP machine. Suggestions? Recommendations?
I possibly wasn’t obvious. I really don’t want to operate XP on the handheld. I will need to be able to sync the handheld with my XP desktop machine. Does this indicate I will need to upgrade to Win CE v. 5, or is there another route I could consider?

Okay, these units came with like 4MB RAM and are only a P133.
Even if it COULD operate XP (which t can not), would you even want to?
It’d be way too sluggish even if it was achievable and the point had sufficient RAM.
